Liberty secures new heating and compliance contract with Coin Street
Today, Liberty has kick-started a new two-year contract with London-based social enterprise Coin Street Community Builders (CSCB).
Located near the OXO Tower in Waterloo, the programme of works – worth £200k – will include the installation of new boilers.
The new boilers will be more efficient and will help Coin Street’s customers to reduce their heating bills.
Regional Director for the South East Ian Craig, who is overseeing the contract, said: “I am delighted to be partnering with Coin Street who have created an inclusive and diverse place to live for their tenants.
“At Liberty we are committed to delivering better outcomes, reducing issues and making places safe, smart and better for everyone.”
Mark Foster, Head of Property & Facilities Management at Coin Street said: “We are excited to be working with Liberty to install new boilers across our Iroko and Palm communities over the coming two years as well as developing a long term partnership to service and maintain these in years to come – a high level of service was demonstrated during the tender process and we look forward to seeing this delivered to our residents as we continue to work together.”
