Proven installation process
Our installation process starts with a comprehensive risk assessment, ensuring that safety is the key priority throughout the installation process.
Our vast network of supply chain partners to ensure you have access to the right materials or equipment at short notice. All installations also come with respective manufacturer warranty agreements.
For planned or reactive installation programmes, we arrange a survey with the customer to ensure all health and safety measures are considered and whether the new heating system fits the customers’ needs. A customer liaison officer or supervisor is available throughout the process to ensure your tenants are well-informed and understand the process.
We work to a high compliance standard with BS7593, NICEIC and BS7671 accreditations. All our engineers and our business is registered with Gas Safe Register. We also hold MCS and PAS2030 accreditations and where appropriate we will suggest the use of renewable technologies of fabric improvements to support decarbonisation goals.
Comprehensive customer liaison
Before starting any work, we invest time supporting the customer to make sure they understand the heating installation process, and that we have appropriate measures in place to support them throughout the works.
All of our staff including our customer liaison officers, engineers and supervisors receive comprehensive customer service training and vulnerable customer training as standard.
