Liberty continues its partnership with The Riverside Group

We are delighted to announce the partnership between Liberty and The Riverside Group continues, securing a new repair and maintenance contract.

Starting in November last year, the two-year contract, with an option for a two-year extension, will see Liberty complete a variety of disrepair works including but not limited to, works associated with the treatment of damp/provision of mesh membrane, mould treatments, plastering, joinery, plumbing, minor electrical works, and roof repairs.

Covering Riverside’s housing portfolio across the North West, the business could obtain up to £500,000 in work. The geographic area to be covered is across the North West of England, including but not limited to, Liverpool, Wigan & Leigh, and Manchester, specifically the Middleton estate in Langley.

Regional Director Bryan Tennant, who is overseeing the contract said: “Liberty has an excellent working partnership with The Riverside Group which grows stronger with a new repair and maintenance contract.

“Our effective and robust disrepair programme will deliver enhancements and durability to Riverside’s housing portfolio and its customers.”
