Liberty secures two major repairs and maintenance frameworks with Riverside and Procurement For Housing

Liberty has secured places on two major repairs and maintenance frameworks with over £730m worth of work available.

Liberty has secured a spot on Riverside’s disrepair works frameworks with works valued at £109.5m per annum. This framework, awarded through Echelon will run until 2030, including an optional two-year extension. The framework, which includes up to ten suppliers per lot, covers a wide range of disrepair and void works.

The business was successful in Lot 1 for disrepair works up to £500k and Lot 2 for projects over £500k. As part of Liberty’s commitments to social value, 1% for every £500k will be spend on community projects during the curation of the framework.

Liberty has also been awarded a place on the Planned Works Framework by Procurement for Housing (PFH). The £625m framework, running until 2028, encompasses a range of planned works including the supply and installation of windows and doors, kitchen and bathroom installations, electrical works, and whole house works.
