Liberty secures three-year contract extension with Arcon Housing

Liberty is set to continue delivering gas and electrical heating services for Arcon Housing, Greater Manchester, following the award of a three-year contract extension.

The contract covers the service and maintenance of gas and electrical heating systems in 1,300 properties that are owned and managed by Arcon.

Lee Smith, Assistant Director of Operations at Liberty said: “We have worked with Arcon for five years now, and we are excited to be continuing this partnership which sees us deliver high quality and people-centred heating services for their tenants.

Nick Groom, Property Services Manager at Arcon said: “In difficult times with the rising costs of heating to our homes it’s been reassuring to have our gas servicing and Installs being delivered by Liberty. Working with Liberty and their teams across our housing stock since 2017. It’s exciting times at the moment announcement of Arcon and Bolton at homes working towards being group wide and working with Liberty for another 3 years until 2026.
