Liberty secures new commercial contract with housing association Riverside

Liberty has secured a major heating and compliance contract with housing association Riverside worth up to an estimated £1.5m.

The contract covers servicing, repairs, and maintenance in commercial plant rooms for over 260 blocks of homes in the North East and Cumbria. The work started in February with the initial contract term of three years, and the option to extend for up to two additional years.

As part of the contract, Liberty’s team will carry out annual stock condition surveys as Riverside looks to create a plan to replace boilers with alternative, more energy-efficient heating systems.

Lee Smith, Assistant Director of Operations at Liberty said: “Having worked with Riverside to deliver commercial boiler installations previously, we are really pleased to be building on our strong partnership with this new commercial plant room contract.

“Liberty is an expert at delivering an efficient and effective customer focused service for our clients to ensure customers are kept safe 247.”
