Liberty secures £5.3 million in new contracts

Liberty has won three new property repair and maintenance contracts worth up to £5.3 million per annum.  

This comes just months after successfully securing nine new contracts across its repairs, maintenance, heating and compliance services divisions, in what has been a strong period of growth.

Liberty was successful in securing a £4.2 million contract for one year, with an option to extend for another year, with leading housing association L&Q.

Liberty has been appointed as one of the primary contractors to its interim reactive repairs and voids contract lot 1, covering L&Q’s East and North East regions. Works will include general maintenance to tenanted private and socially rented properties as well as work in void properties to improve their condition and energy efficiency before of being re-let.

National housing association, The Riverside Group, has also awarded Liberty a contract worth up to £500,000 for the North West of England. Liberty will work on Riverside properties in Liverpool, Wigan and Leigh, and the Middleton estate in Langley, Manchester.

The contract is for two years with a possible two-year extension.

The final award will see Liberty work with Onward for 1 year to deliver communal and external repairs for Contour Property Services and Onward’s leasehold portfolio as well as responsive repairs, maintenance and void works for Onward’s market rent portfolio in a contract worth c£625,000 per annum.
