Liberty has been awarded an out of hours repairs and maintenance contract with Port Sunlight Village Trust.
This new partnership is a testament to Liberty’s excellence in service delivery and the existing partnership which has seen Liberty deliver heating services and electrical inspection and condition reports (EICR) to more than 400 homes in the historic village since 2020.
Port Sunlight, a village on The Wirral, is renowned for its Grade II listed buildings and heritage conservation area. Port Sunlight Village Trust (PSVT), who manage the properties in the village, approached Liberty to deliver this contract, reflecting their trust and confidence in the businesses people-focused approach.
Mark Wilson, Assistant Director of Repairs and Maintenance at Liberty, said: “We are thrilled to extend our partnership with Port Sunlight Village Trust. This contract represents a significant milestone for Liberty as we expand our service delivery and working relationship with PSVT. We can’t wait for the contract to go live in August, and are committed to delivering the highest standards of service to PSVT’s tenants.”
Lin Whalley, Director of Operations at Port Sunlight Village Trust, said: “Liberty currently provides Port Sunlight Village Trust with a number of services, including a gas out of hours service for our residential properties. Following the successful delivery of this contract, we are delighted to move forward with confidence to transfer all of PSVT’s out of hours services, including the call centre, over to Liberty. We are looking forward to our tenants receiving excellent service from Liberty when they most need it.”
